Federal District Court for the District of Eastern Kentucky freezes President Biden’s government contractor mandate

Following up on the recent court ruling freezing President Biden’s large-employer vaccine mandate, the federal District Court for the Eastern Disteict of Kentucky has frozen the President’a government-contractor vaccine mandate. The ruling applies in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. It is not unlikely that other courts will likewise freeze the government-contractor vaccine mandate in other areas of the country.
